Private Terrace and Swimming Pool: Enjoy some well deserved relaxation time and quality time with your loved on, family or friends while admiring the spectacular views of Marina di Praia beach and the Blue of the Mediterrenean Sea. The Terrace is fully furnished with a large outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your meals ‘Al Fresco’. You can also enjoy a refreshing dip in your own private swimming and bask in the sunlight on lovely lounge chairs. When staying at the Villa you will have complete access to the whole Luxury Villa including the Sea View Terrace, outside balcony areas and Private Swimming Pool. Guests will also have direct access to Marina di Praia beach which is less than a minute walk from the Villa. You can also explore your very own private lemon grove pergola and spend an hour or so day-dreaming in the hammock.

In light of the recent events we have put into place strict and government advised social distancing measures as well as high quality professional cleaning and sanitisation services, our goal is to make you feel as safe and protected as possible during your stay with us. As we have no reception, we have now set up a contact-less system in which you can register, make payments, check in and check out to minimise your contact with others.
